We reserve the right to refuse sales due to reasons we deem appropriate.
All prices are excluding VAT. If order is destined for EU, VAT will be applied upon checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices caused by price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list and inaccuracies due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed.
For reservations/pre-orders, you cannot cancel once the order is placed. The release date of a reservation/pre-order is an estimate and can change.
The majority of our products are drop-shipped from China.
Orders with goods amounting to around 1500 SEK (150 EUR) or more will be shipped as seperate packages.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you cannot find an available shipping method or need other shipping options, we'll try to find a solution.
The listed shipping costs shown at checkout is based on estimated weight and may differ slightly from the real cost. The correct value is calculated after your order has been packed.
Shipping costs may vary across time due to the volatility of shipping routes, if the final shipping cost is found to be different than what you are charged for in checkout, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee the listed shipping times are correct, especially during holidays or other out of the ordinary times. We will always do our best to help if you run into any issues with the shipment.
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship the product(s) back.
Items need to be returned in the original packaging in the same state which you received them in. This includes tags and labels still being attached as well as any extras. We reserve the right to not refund returned goods if they are found to be not in original condition, including any special packaging. Underwear and socks must be unopened for hygiene and safety reasons.
No returns for pre-order items.
You as the customer are responsible for the shipping cost associated with the return and that the items are packaged safely.
Please make sure to collect a receipt from the shipping company when returning the item.
To start a return, please contact us before sending anything back.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
Customers outside of EU are responsible for any customs fees or import fees, please follow your local guidelines accordingly. If you refuse to pay such fees and the parcel is returned to us we will charge you any penalty fees that the shipper may charge us plus the original shipping cost.
For EU customers we will follow the guidelines of IOSS by charging you VAT upon purchase.
We reserve the right to make changes to product pages due to printing errors on this website. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.
